Yeshua’s Prayer Outline

This prayer accompanies the course, “Thy Kingdom Come”,  Entering God’s Rest in Prayer.

When Yeshua was with us, He gave us a powerful prayer which, today, we call “The Lord’s Prayer”, or “The Our Father”.  In that prayer, Yeshua gave us 9 powerful principles for living.  As with all Yeshua’s teachings, we can bring those principles into our lives to form the basic framework of our thinking as we live out our Christian faith.

With that thought in mind, the author of “Thy Kingdom Come”, (Entering God’s Rest in Prayer), Rev. Jeanne Metcalf, used the framework of the Lord’s prayer, hallowing the 9 Hebrew compound names of God from the First Covenant.  Additionally, she added  some powerful confessions of faith to recall to mind some benefits of the cross that all believers receive from Yeshua.

She called the finished product,  which she believe the Holy Spirit inspired her to write, Yeshua’s Prayer Outline.

Since this prayer’s first release in 2015, testimonies have come forth honouring God for the many changes it has brought into people’s lives for those who use it daily.  Some testimonies speak of miracles, some of needed victory, some of  specific blessings, some of breakthrough and the list goes on!

9 Compound names of God used in this prayer:

  1. YeHoVaH Tseva’ot, meaning, the Lord of Hosts
  2. YeHoVaH Tsidkenu, meaning, the Lord my Righteousness
  3. YeHoVaH Mekaddishkem, meaning the Lord my Sanctifier
  4. YeHoVaH Ro’i, meaning, the Lord my Shepherd
  5. YeHoVaH Yir’eh, meaning, the Lord my Provider
  6. YeHoVaH Shalom, meaning, the Lord my Peace
  7. YeHoVaH Shammah, meaning, the Lord is There
  8. YeHoVaH Rof’ekha, meaning, the Lord my Healer
